Our Staff
All Apto Group staff:
• Have relevant experience and qualifications for their area of work
• Have satisfactory reference and police checks before being offered a position
• Are offered an initial induction to the company and their area of work
• Are offered ongoing training, refresher courses and professional development in their specific area
• Participate in annual performance reviews


Community Care Attendants
All our Apto Group Community Care Attendants must have the following:
• Current satisfactory Police Check
• Working with Children Check (if working with children)
• Current First Aid Certificate (minimum Level 2)
• A minimum Certificate III in Aged, HACC and/or Disability Care
• Training in the use of equipment such as hoists
• Experience caring for both High Care and Low Care consumers
• Many Community Care Attendants have another language

Case Managers and Care/Service Coordinators
All our Apto Group Case Managers and Care/Service Coordinators must have the following, according to their area/level of employment:
• Current satisfactory Police Check
• Working with Children check (if working with children)
• Either a degree or diploma in Nursing, Social Work, Social Science or Community Services, or a related field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
