A personal in-home assessment can be conducted by one of our professional staff FREE of charge. At the time of assessment, they will:
• Gain insight into your care needs
• Ask what assistance you wish to receive
• Discuss the current level of assistance you receive
• Ask questions relating to your safety in the home

All the collected information will then be used to compile a detailed plan on suggested services for you to remain living within the community as safely as possible and continuing to access valued life activities.
