Apto Group is an independent company that has been offering high quality support services in the community since 2004.

Our mission is to assist people to continue living in their community and participating in their chosen valued life activities, being as independent as possible.

We aim to provide a choice of high quality support services for people living at home within the community.

Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct

Privacy Policy

At Apto Group, how we collect, use, exchange and protect information is important to our consumers, customers and staff. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we do this in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (2014).

Every staff member within Apto Group will see information Apto Group regards as confidential during their employment with Apto Group. It is the responsibility of employees to ensure that this information is kept confidential and private.

Our Code of Conduct

The Mission of Apto Group is to provide best practice support services for consumers with complex needs, and their carers, in the aged, disability and health care sectors. We work with a view to offering coordinated care and including our consumers / carers and their direct care personnel in care planning and reviews. Staff will endeavour to maximise the consumer’s independence as far as possible.

Working with consumers brings with it duties to consumers, their carers and also to the community. It may also involve a number of people working cooperatively from other agencies and from within Apto Group. Therefore all staff must recognise the significance to consumers of other programs and corporate services within Apto Group and within external agencies. When determining staff behaviour, professional and industry codes of conduct will be taken into consideration.
